Western / European Cuisine

The cuisines of Western countries are diverse by themselves, 
although there are common characteristics that distinguish
Western cooking from cuisines of Asian countries and others.
Compared with traditional cooking of Asian countries, for example, 
meat is more prominent and substantial in serving-size.
Steak and cutlet in particular are common dishes across the West.

Asian Cuisine

cuisine includes several major regional cuisines: East Asian, 
Southeast Asian, South Asian, Central Asian, and
 Middle Eastern/Western Asian. 
A cuisine is a characteristic style of cooking practices and traditions,
usually associated with a specific culture. Asia, being the largest and 
most populous continent, is home to many cultures, 
many of which have their own characteristic cuisine.
